Scharlene Fralin, President of Texas Association Management Group currently holds the professional designation of Certified Management of Community Associations, CMCA and a Texas Real Estate license. She has served on the Advisory Council for the Plano Homeowners Council from 2004 – 2009.  Scharlene has been active in full service property management and trained managers in proper turn over procedures for transition from developer to homeowners. She has managed large teams of both administrative and financial personnel.  Scharlene has also supervised multi-million dollar renovations as well as performing acquisitions for several national companies.

Scharlene hand-picks her staff members carefully based upon experience, drive, and always a good attitude.  That way, any client can be sure that they receive only the highest quality of service.
